Resumen

Cat's Eye no recopila ningún dato personal. No hay cuentas, no hay servidores, no hay analítica y no hay publicidad. Nada de lo que hagas en la app sale de tu dispositivo.

Cámara

La app usa la cámara para mostrarte la imagen en el visor y hacer las fotos que tú disparas. La imagen se procesa únicamente en el dispositivo: las ayudas del visor (histograma, peaking, zebras) y el seguimiento del sujeto se calculan en el propio teléfono y no se envían ni se almacenan.

Fotos

Las fotos se guardan en tu carrete. Para guardarlas, la app pide el permiso de solo añadir: puede crear fotos nuevas, pero no ver ni leer las que ya tienes.

• Borrar una foto desde la app (desde la versión 1.1). Si tiras una foto desde el visor de la app con el icono de la papelera, iOS pide en ese momento el permiso de lectura y escritura de la fototeca y te enseña su propia confirmación antes de borrar. La app solo pide borrar fotos que hizo ella misma; para saber cuáles son, guarda dentro de su propio espacio el identificador que iOS da a cada foto que crea. No lee, recorre ni modifica ninguna otra foto. Si no concedes ese permiso, la foto se quita solo de la app y sigue en Fotos.
• Para enseñarte al momento las últimas tomas, la app conserva una copia de las últimas treinta dentro de su propio espacio en el dispositivo. Se borran solas al superar ese número y al desinstalar la app.
• Las series de aperturas que se hicieran con la versión 1.0 siguen guardadas dentro de la app hasta que las borres (Ajustes › Series guardadas). La versión 1.1 ya no crea series.
• Ninguna foto se sube a ningún sitio.

Sensores de movimiento

Si activas el nivel, la app lee el acelerómetro para dibujar la línea del horizonte. Esa lectura se usa en el momento y no se guarda.

Ajustes

Tus preferencias (formato de foto, encuadre, ayudas, idioma) se guardan localmente en el dispositivo, para que la app se abra como la dejaste. Se borran al desinstalar la app.

Terceros

La app no incluye componentes de terceros, redes de publicidad ni herramientas de medición. No se comparte información con nadie porque no se recoge ninguna.

Menores

Cat's Eye no recopila datos de ningún usuario, incluidos los menores de 13 años.

Cambios en esta política

Si en el futuro se modifica esta política, se publicará la versión actualizada en esta misma página con su fecha de revisión.

Summary

Cat's Eye collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics and no advertising. Nothing you do in the app leaves your device.

Camera

The app uses the camera to show you the image in the viewfinder and to take the photos you shoot. The image is processed on the device only: the viewfinder aids (histogram, peaking, zebras) and subject tracking are computed on the phone itself and are never sent anywhere or stored.

Photos

Photos are saved to your photo library. To save them, the app asks for add-only permission: it can create new photos, but it cannot see or read the ones you already have.

• Deleting a photo from the app (from version 1.1). If you discard a photo from the app's viewer with the trash icon, iOS asks at that moment for read-and-write access to the library and shows its own confirmation before deleting. The app only asks to delete photos it created itself; to know which ones they are, it keeps inside its own space the identifier iOS assigns to each photo it creates. It does not read, browse or modify any other photo. If you don't grant that permission, the photo is removed from the app only and stays in Photos.
• To show you the latest shots instantly, the app keeps a copy of the last thirty inside its own space on the device. They are removed automatically beyond that number and when the app is uninstalled.
• Aperture series taken with version 1.0 remain stored inside the app until you delete them (Settings › Saved series). Version 1.1 no longer creates series.
• No photo is uploaded anywhere.

Motion sensors

If you turn on the level, the app reads the accelerometer to draw the horizon line. That reading is used in the moment and never stored.

Settings

Your preferences (photo format, framing, aids, language) are stored locally on the device so the app opens the way you left it. They are deleted when you uninstall the app.

Third parties

The app includes no third-party components, advertising networks or analytics tools. No information is shared with anyone because none is collected.

Children

Cat's Eye collects no data from any user, including children under 13.
